OH YOU FILL MY LUNGS WITH SWEETNESS, AND YOU FILL MY HEAD WITH YOU

I've been falling asleep to this song for the past few days, and I honestly think it's one of the most amazing things right now! Anything by The Paper Kites is good, but none of them compare to Bloom. Luckily triple j is giving it out for free, so if you like it, click on the link at the bottom to download it!

HATE TO BE SO EMOTIONAL, I DIDN'T MEAN TO GET PHYSICAL

This one is from a few years ago, but Kings of Leon will just never get old. Pick Up Truck is probably my new favorite song by them, I'm so glad my friend got me into listening to it again.

LANA DEL REY COVERS CHELSEA HOTEL NO. 2

Sorry about this, two Lana Del Rey posts in a row might be a bit too much for some of you… But she just released a new song today, and my day just suddenly got a whole lot better, so it's definitely worth posting.
This is a cover of Leonard Cohen's Chelsea Hotel No. 2, (which, throwing a fun fact in here, is apparently about Janis Joplin).
The video is awesome, and pretty Lana Del Rey-y, but it won't come up on my feed so I'll update it once it works. :)

HOLD ME REALLY TIGHT UNTIL THE STARS LOOK BIG

I'm still obsessed with Lana Del Rey, and I don't see that fading away any time soon, so I might as well post my current favorite song by her — Never Let Me Go. I meeean, is this perfect or what? How can you NOT love Lana?

And here's an extra song, Playing Dangerous, just because…

LOOK WHAT YOU'VE DONE TO ME, I ONLY WANNA FALL ASLEEP SO I CAN WALK WITH YOU IN MY DREAMS

There's nothing like looking through my 'Favorites' section on YouTube and finding awesome songs like this one! This one's by Sing Fang (who also happens to be a member of Seabear), and it's called Walk With You.

EVEN COUNTING SHEEP DON'T HELP ME SLEEP, I JUST TOSS AND TURN RIGHT THERE BESIDE YOU

Here's a pretty sick Canadian band I stumbled upon recently. This song is called Lost In The Light by Bahamas.

TONIGHT YOU AND I, WE ARE BEAUTIFUL LIKE DIAMONDS IN THE SKY

This is by far the BEST version of Rihanna's Diamonds. I have nothing to say apart from the fact that she is so damn perfect.

YOU WERE STONE WHITE SO DELICATE LOST IN THE COLD

I'm developing an obsession with The Cure, and it's getting pretty bad!! I can't get enough of this song called Pictures of You. I'd say a song that's over 8 minutes long is usually way too fucking love, but this   is just pure genius. I love when a song manages to make me shiver even after the 10th time listening to it in a row.

SHE'S GOT A FANCY CAR, SHE WANTS TO TAKE YOU FAR

Love Kimbra, so I thought I'd bring this one back. Here's Settle Down. (In case you didn't recognize her, she's the same artist featured on Gotye's Somebody That I Used To Know.)

LANA DEL REY AND JAY-Z REMIXED BY URBAN NOIZE

Hadn't posted a remix in a while, so here it goes. You obviously can't go wrong with Lana Del Rey, and Jay-Z is a fucking genius. My point is, if you do it right, remixing both artists leaves you with pure awesomeness. Here's Hello, done by Urban Noize.
